• Order tracking: Check your shipping email for the tracking link, or visit mododesk.com/track-order and enter your tracking number.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

• Issues with an order: Report missing, defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can help fast.

• Returns: We’ll provide a return address and prepaid label (when approved). Please do not ship anything back without authorization.

• Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only.
