Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase.

Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label


We will cover all return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval, and typically take:

5–14 business days to return to your payment method
